Namaste,

I was going out to put my usual food out to feed the squirrels, and my

wife said they won't come out because of the snow. She said they lose

their camouflage of the trees.

There it was again the fear protection reaction, which is normal to

animals and is instintive to all animals and beings. However with

humans who have a vijnanamayako another awareness causes another

thought. " Who or what is being protected? " ..the answer is me or the

small 'I'. Now we have the reaction manifested and enhanced into an ego

or personal observation, becoming a condition.

In other word we personalise a common animal reaction to ourselves and

identify with it---hence the ego. However it is the first step in

awareness for now we must go in and find the big 'I', this annhilates

the observation or small ego........Cheers Tony.

Quite nice text, Tony,

First, what the hell is " vijnanamayako " ? Is it a word you use to

demonstrate in a bragging way the spiritual material you stuffed your

brain with ? Why can't you stop that ?

Second, who or what is identfying itself with animal reactions ?

You understand the question ? Is there a " me " or an entity which is

identifying itself with something ?

here we gooooooooo!

ala nat king cole:

ahem..

mi mi me me...

chipmunks roasting on an open fire

hot sauce dripping from their toes

yuletide squirrels fresh filleted by the choir

they poked hot skewers through their nose

everybody knows some pepper and a garlic clove

help to make them seasoned right

tiny rats with a crisp golden coat

will really hit the spot tonight

and now when Santa sees his tray

there'll be some homemade chipmunk jerky for his sleigh

and every hungry child is gonna spy

to see if chipmunks really sing when they fry

and so Im brushing on some honey glaze

to keep them crisp and juicy too

lets hope they get served many times many ways

tasty chipmunks....good food

and so I'm offering some recipes

from chipmunk pie to chipmunk stew

i'm not really sad that it ended this way

furry chipmunks screw you.

merry christmas everbody..

(even though there is no such thing as everybody.)

..b b.b.

p.s.

thanks to bob rivers too.
