As you wrote, it was a bit of inanity to stimulate a response. It was also a bit of bs as Ts wrote. And it was a bit of experimenting with words as Anna and O wrote. Words in a way, resemble how passwords work. as demonstrated by O, if you try to write a complete nonsense word with only 4 letters, chances are, that word would have meaning in some other language, or as an acronym in English. As you add letters the chances drop exponentially, with 7 or 8 words they drop almost to zero, think. Words are such that even when they have no meaning they affect the mind if repeated. That in my opinion is how mantras work. I Used to do mantra practice long ago, and words without meaning worked as well as those that meant something. They quieted the mind and brought about a kind of empty lucidity. I stopped doing that when I realized that being attached to that lucid state was a trap of sorts. In my view, is best to have a mind that remains composed in any state good or bad, and doesn't cling to any out fear or desire. All things past. Words can be used to induce moods, and if properly done, they can be used to great advantage. Although, I have never been a Christian, I can induce in my mind a mood of religious exultation by reading the bible. It's great religious poetry. So, it's with the Gita an other sacred texts. The danger lies in believing that because those words have the power to exult, they represent some ineffable truth. Pete
