Dear Tony,

 

Thank you for posting this very useful small booklet which I have downloaded. This conforms with one of the given approaches to Self Enquiry which is to 'pay attention to the Essential I Amness in the Heart.' as often as possible. The 'Essential I Amness' can be equated with the Self. Bhagavan quoted the words revealed to Moses as the name of God I AM THAT I AM as a true formulation of the source of our Being. I AM can be used for mantra japa too.
