Guest guest
We have all heard that sensory deprivation if prolonged for days, is a form of torture used to brainwash prisoners. Well, that should tell us that the brain can't stay with the immutable. It was evolved to perceive sensations and change, and needs them to function. So, we cannot know our true nature, just feel it, and let it go. That is not bad. We are healthy most of the time and we don't even notice feeling healthy, or feeling alive. The brain is not built to keep in focus monotones. Pete
