What harm is there in believing that your guru has magical powers? What harm is there is trying to become enlightened? What harm is there in believing that you already know the truth concerning all things spiritual? What harm is there in trying to be good? What harm is there in searching for love? What harm is there in believing that God will show you the way? What harm is there in trying to do the right thing? What harm is there is believing that your guru has the key to open the door to the unknown?.........and that by doing what he says.........he will give it to you? What harm is there in trying to be different than you are? What harm is there in trying to be happy? What harm is there in believing that God listens to your every thought? What harm is there in asking God to intercede on your behalf? What harm is there in believing in a god that wants you to perfect yourself. What harm is there in clinging to a god that demands that you subvert your desires to conform to his wishes. What harm is there in trying to please the creator of the universe? What harm is there in believing that this life is only a preparation for the afterlife? What harm is there in believing that if you get things just right......you will be rewarded with eternal life?
