Eric: Gradually you step from: A- God created the universe, stepped back and observes from outside the galaxies, the machine gone mad, God does not speak to us. B- 18 Immortal Sages at the heart of the Himalaya Mountains send good vibes to all creation, tune onto them. C- There is one higher religious authority that can guide you at every central city of every major religion, Pope in Rome, Brooklyn Great Rabbi, Swami Gimmeyoudoe in Calcutta, etc. D- For each 10.000 inhabitants there is one liberated who can offer the best guidance language can afford. E- Right into your kitchen you can read or listen to a spiritual radio broadcast. F- You stay and look, and every possible universes, persons and conversations are now happening within your own perception. .... From A to F you see for yourself what suits most your edification standards and concept of " local " , " handy " , " readily available " , " profitable " ... The shortcut is " A " of course, no headaches, no troubles, instant liberation from all possible situations, bodies, reincarnations, universes, thank god we're alone in this mad universe. He tries to guide and mislead at the same time, like a farmer throwing handfuls of rice mixed with thumbtacks to his chickens. Is the farmer having fun testing the chicken's IQ? Never mind! Here it's again, when you drop your soap bar in the shower, don't go looking for it in your backyard. A seeker is in search of divine sensations, but under the delusion they come from the outside. If he/she'd stay put and survey his own bathtub (consciousness) he'd soon spot the soap bar. What is the soap bar? It's a bathtub, dummy, why are you taking a shower? That is, trying to search for happiness among thousands of sensations bombarding your senses, when you could sink, soak in, relax, rest in the warmth of your own consciousness seeking not a thing at all. Consciousness evolved to the point where it named its perceptions and a conceptual overlay became a pseudo reality with an imaginary psychological center. Consciousness became aware of its conceptual separation and the illusion of autonomy emerged. The phantom of self opened it eyes and claimed its self-contained kingdom. As per its job description......it defended and tried to expand its kingdom. The phantom attempted to understand its own reality.......but it had none. It looked inside and saw nothing. At this point did one of two things. One lead back into the hall of mirrors.....the other to its demise. The universe could care less. Either way......its a goner. It's just kinda fun to live once again.....for a moment....... in the everfreshness of the Great Unknown-Unknowable. toombaru

As I am persona non grata on GR and NDS I no longer have any contact with her. Some day I would like to sit at a table with her and share a scone. toombaru
