Guest guest
Monkeys for millennia have tried to insult elephants. No elephant yet, have felt insulted. Maybe it's because they don't speak the same language. Maybe because they don't share the same values. Maybe because they see things differently. Monkeys see trees as things to climb, pachyderms, as things to tear down. That monkeys resent being rudely disturbed by a muscular earthquake have never enter an elephant's brain. Call it insensitive to the right of the meek. The way of the powerful is to abuse the defenseless. The hungry has the right to be callous, the powerless the duty to be food, or so predators think. It's a sad ancient story that still goes on in the language world. Your beliefs are trees, your feelings are monkeys, and if you don't understand words, your monkeys will get hurt when an elephant leans against the beliefs you held.
