Guest guest
Dear Sri Ramchandan, I have posted an article for you which may help. The best way to contol thought is by using a mantra such as Namar Om Bhagavate Sri Ramana or one of your own choice, For mind control payattention to your flow of breath. The mind will slow down and thought stop for a while. I hope other members will advise you too. Guest guest
There is a room full of talking heads here, which one shall i listen to? who shall cast the first stone? It's kinda like that after awhile, and I/we're still stuck in the Isness of my life/our lives, no ingress, no egress and no exit. Enlightenment, liberation are just words, the only thing that makes any sense at all is the feeling love evokes when everything else is surrendered...to remember that we experience our own lives... as it is, as we are. It was/is/will be nothing else. That we touch one another to the core of our Being in the myriads of ways humans can and do is fundamentally good. That we expect more than that from ourselves or one another is how we keep the game of life in play, balancing our desires and aversions, individually and collectively. That there is only Being is profound emptiness, sans descriptions and explanations. End of transmission. ;-) ~A
