This fits well with what you said earlier, about the perceiver being a description. You could also call the perceiver a location. The location to which a description can be attached. A described perceiver requires a world that can be described. A named perceiver lives in a world where things can be named. A perceiver with a history requires a world with persons who have histories, and things that have histories.
