The world is a mental construct.

Because the perceiver is believed to be apart from the perceived, a 'world' is

constructed for this perceiver to live in.

This not 'the' objective world, it's entirely a subjective, personal world.

There is in fact no objective world. Nor any subjective world. Just a

construct, which is neither subjective nor objective.

Well-said, thanks.

This fits well with what you said earlier, about the perceiver being a

description.

You could also call the perceiver a location.

The location to which a description can be attached.

A described perceiver requires a world that can be described.

A named perceiver lives in a world where things can be named.

A perceiver with a history requires a world with persons who have histories, and

things that have histories.

History is formed by things constructed and deconstructed, states that come and

go, things that are born and which die.
