I don't much care for the notion that " clarity is rare " ... it caters to the whole idea of " Great Enlightened Beings " , or just " he's got something I've don't " ... That's just it. That's the reason it's rare. People look for and to someone else who " has it. " Whatever " it " is: charisma, love, sex appeal, money, power, status, wisdom, knowledge, eternal life There seems to be a deep assumption that " this here isn't complete now, as is, undivided. " There is an assumption of division, which means there is less here and more there, apparently. Out there, where the other is who has it. So I want to be near it, have more, etc. > From here, it makes a lot more sense for clarity to be seen as common, normal, ordinary, everyday.... everyone ought to be invited to join in openly. Kill the myth of " enlightened beings " once and for all. More like, normal beings -- or just being. Whatever crusade one embarks on, the democracy of enlightenment, or the myth of the master - it doesn't really matter -- the crusade and its message will simply generate belief. The message, and the belief that it is conveying something important that needs to be acknowledged and understood - is just one more thing from " out there " coming to a subject who supposedly will receive the message and benefit from learning the information it carries. To understand and be beyond dichotomies - It really doesn't matter whether it's characterized as " rare " or " omnipresent " - both are true as far as I'm concerned (and yes, there is no " I " involved to be concerned). This simply is. Here. Not somewhere else. -- D --
