What would you prefer, having the same thoughts day for day and year for year,

as for example nodualist when repeating their same non-dual chantings as soon as

they meet something not fitting into their non-dual ideology which they chew and

re-chew day-in an day-out, or better have some new thoughts which are appearing

out of the blue from nowhere without asking if they may enter ?

From here, 'nonduality talk' is only worth while if coming from awareness, from

one's own direct insight into life and 'oneself'.

Otherwise it's all worthless crap, like discussing whether Sally f*cked David or

Sammy on the daytime soap opera TV.

'Nonduality talk' is when the words the world and seeing are one - as

present unbounded action.

As long as you keep asking questions for others you will not see it.

But...it should not " seem " that way..that's not enough.

Well, that's how the self is maintained, through 'other'.

" No, you! No, it's you! No, it's you! "

In this way, the self is both created and avoided.

(p.s. now it's your turn to say " do YOU know that? " chuckle ;-).

I think the " reversing game " you invented is really not something you should

go on with, and I mean it. First you have to invent a ME inside then

dislodge it to some outside then consider a YOU somewhere outside and bring

it in to some inside. It is this very dynamics that is making you move in a

pendulum fashion when you try to dialogue with me.

Look... what you perceive when the words appear 'on your end' is your affair.

You are clueless to know 'what was intended' on the other end -- only your own

perception is clear.

And that perception is instead being placed 'out there' onto 'other', which is

the mistake being made over and over and over again.

Not that it's any of my business, really, but I will continue to point it out

over and over again, because it's just too obvious.

All is your own perception. And " your own perception " is not anyone else's

business but yours.

Now, go ahead and accuse me of doing what I said above. To immediately place

everything onto " other " is an inveterate habit, apparently.

Enjoying 'oneself' is fine... both self and other are mental constructs

happening in the same 'location'.

If I am 'myself', and you are 'myself'... where is myself? There is none.

Not exactly tim. I think you are overdoing it by saying " you are clueless to

know 'what was intended' on the other end " . It is not that difficult to

recognise conceptual thinking - and that is the same as recognising that the

other is avoiding to see the widest field. The thing is that the dynamics is

not to forcefully " yell " at the other to look at himself as a machine, but

to find ways to point the way back, away from conceptual thinking (at BOTH

sides) which is the same as being oneself. It is an art!! And it can be

learned and improved. Not everyone can do it. That is whay many stay

silent - they just know that it is not their best skill to talk. And I am

not suggesting anything about tim here...

This " recognising " is not samething static as one sees the keyboard. It is

more like walking together (sorry for paraphrazing someone). If there is a

convergence towards the non-personal then the thing is going in the right

direction, otherwise something is wrong.... Keep repeating " dont ask others "

ad nauseum is....nauseating and inefective. Ugly art.

Yes, beatifull. It is an art that paradoxicaly involves all there

is...including the " conceptual other " . Suddenly my words and the words I

read point to the same infinity.

-t-

Let me look at this again. There is no ME, which means that I am not

immersed in concepts, I am not identified with thought. But the words I am

reading point to the fact that there is defensiveness, or fear, or

avoidance. There is no conceptual center here...but there may be there!!

There is no such thing as a real center, but there is the behaviour as if

there was one and this behaviour is recognised as identification with

thought/concepts through the words I read. This identificatoin leads to

illusion, conflict and unhappiness. There is no real center anywhere...but

there is the illusion of there being one. What is wrong with this?

Speaking for myself (i.e. in my own experience), I'm not exaggerating at all.

Yes - one's own. Which is all one is recognizing, right now, when reading this

text.... period.

Hey, excellent :-). Nice to hear that not everything said here is gibberish

;-).

Peace...

Speaking for myself (i.e. in my own experience), I'm not exaggerating at

all.

Yes - one's own. Which is all one is recognizing, right now, when reading

this text.... period.

You own thinking? That is all? Are you really serious? The words you are

reading where NOT chosen by your mind. They where writen by geo!!! Your

reactions..the very words you will answer to these words depend on them:

geo's brain, geo's organism (and yours). Is this not clear? I guess not...

Tim, you are the totality of the world that reach your senses now, BUT YOU

ARE NOT THE TOTALITY OF THE UNIVERSE. You are a drop in the ocean, not the

whole ocean! You are conversing with a mind in another organism called geo,

not in your own organism! We are humanity but are different concerning

details of our localized separate brains.

It matters not. Interpretation is all. 100%.

P.S. no " self " writes anything, nor does any " self " read anything.

I am one with the universe, and the universe is one. This is obvious here, but

when " Tim " is being addressed (as if a named self-image existed as something

real), apparently it's not obvious everywhere.

You are concept. You are thought.

Wherever anyone feels a conceptual center to be around, it's *always* " here " .

Dan: " There is only ego seeing ego " .

If you see ego in me, it's your own ego.

People rarely/never sees ego in themselves. Ego is always seen in " other " . And

it's always the seer's ego.
