where there *is* an interested group of internet forum people talking about

Nisargadatta and what he taught? I'd really like to be a part of it if it

Face it - there is no one out there (outside), or back there (in the past), to

give this to someone.

 

What a joke this spiritual circus is, with all its phony veneration of wise

sayings of masters that no one met.

 

And then there are the phony relationships in which someone else is presumed to

be the one who is more it than anyone, or in which an " I " is declared as knowing

what this is.

 

Making sense of what isn't to be made sense of, doesn't make sense.

 

Nisargadatta's words are words that fit for a mind that isn't.

 

As I noted on the Omkara list - the person doesn't have fear, the person doesn't

experience fear, the person is fear.

 

So, how is someone going to pull the rug out from under themselves, or have

someone else's words or assigned practices pull the rug out from under me, when

there is no self to pull the rug out from under?

 

There is only fear, trying to perpetuate itself to have a phony sense of

self-existence.

 

A cheap thrill based on the attempt to continue anxiety.

 

The spiritual circus (as well as the material circus - they are really the same

circus) is based on a pathetic attempt to glorify the absurdly repetitious

endeavor to perpetuate anxiety in the hopes that existence will be firmly

established. And to try to convince a self that has no existence, that it is

really there.

 

If I didn't have such a tremendous sense of humor, it would all look very

disgusting.

 

Like a very second-rate horror movie.

 

Which is what it is.

 

So I laugh.
