Guest guest
The ancient Egyptians sucked the brain out through the nose and tossed it away while preserving the other organs. The brain does not feel anything that is going on within its own electro-chemical manifold. It feels what it calls love-emotions in the chest when adrenaline makes the heart beat faster and the head spin. It associates the heart with the feeling. Now it is known that the brain is the seat of all thinking and emotional responses. Modern heart transplants effectively debunk our ancient belief that the heart is the emotional center. To ask Jesus into our heart sounds downright silly. toombaru

Is it not too childish to question beleif in god? -geo-

It is an ancient carryover that does far more harm than good. It adds to and supports the delusion of self. When there is no evidence to support a belief structure.....don't you think that is reasonable to question its validity? toombaru

It doesn't matter to you at all whether there are or aren't gods or angels or jesus, or anything else. you end up the same either way. your delusion of self will end for sure as your corpse is decomposing. you think there is something for thought to figure out about delusion and self and belief structures? nope, trying to figure those things out is a just a game to maintain a sense of the continuity of a conceptual process. and that continuity has never been actual, not for a second. - D -
