Guest guest
Much of the 'nonduality thing' actually boils down to recognizing our limitations. That we really cannot know anything happening 'outside awareness', outside of 'here and now'. And our weaknesses turns out to be our strengths. Our limitation turn out to be our infinitude. True. And for all the knocking that we give religion, that message is there in all religions. The kernel of truth. You are limited. You have no grounds for pride in yourself. You are not in control. Actually, the same message comes from science, in a different way. And relationships. And history. And the world as it is. Truly, this is the message of all experience, reflecting back to the experiencer the limitations of the experiencing, and the ability to experience. Death, in other words. - D -
