Suppose you wake up from a dream, in bed. Then you fall asleep again, go back into the dream, and say " this is what the waking world looks like, and here's how you can get to it! " It's something like that. One has to LOL. -t- If you fall back into sleep again - of course - just more of the same. But it is the other way around. Only awake can you see people sleeping. -geo-

If they don't, then what is said... by anyone at all... is just a part of their dream. Whether spoken by 'an awakened one' or not, it ends up all being the same. And so... the talk is useless, aside for enjoyment's sake. Everyone 'grokks' it from wherever they're at, but it doesn't change where anyone's at. Only " awareness " does that (not the word awareness). We can talk endlessly, defining terms like " consciousness " and " awareness " and " absolute " ... and it's all dream. The statement above "...is going back into the dream (so to speak), to offer pointers to dream-characters that supposedly need to wake up" is totaly conceptual, it is pure thinking. What dream-characters? There are no dream-characters to one who is awake - nonesense.-geo-

Umm, Geo... is any of this talk here non-conceptual, not based on thinking? > What dream-characters? Did not pointers from people you read, helped you to see that you where asleep? Even if you have to drop all you read, even if you have to kill the budas - did not they help? And, what would be the point of someone sleeping telling other people awake that they should not speak pointers? - a laugh. Or what is the point of someone awake telling " other " people awake what they should or should not do? - another laugh. It is all thinking...thinking...thinking about teaching or not..thinking about what or how awake " people " should or not behave - one more laugh. -geo-

BTW..to me when people make statements about what is the right thing to do, or the action that makes sense, or what makes no sense or incoherent behaviours of some supposedly awaken people is always from dreamland. It is all open, actions just happen...no doership. -geo-

Point at your own moon, Hope not, that could be misconstrued. Who wants to point down, anyway? Pete >
