Guest guest
Sometimes i get a message at the Nisargadatta.net and this is one of those that may be posted here: " Harry Howell " harjazz Greetings and all best wishes to you. After studying ' the sage of Arunachula' and 'awaken to the eternal' films, more than ever i realise that the message sent by both great guru's is the same! Clearly, no matter how much studious or education from reading documents may help, self realisation is not an state to be obtained and taught, but the natural evolution of the seekers circumstances. Steven Wolinskys small cameo in the eternal film, suppports and forces this point home, " There is no birth, there is no death, there is no person, it's all a concept ,an illusion. Todays rat race and material motavated society, will forever fail due to their concept of success as their is understanding is that beneath the Nisgaradatta's wonderfully and urgent message, that conceptual and peace within can be bought, like a designer coat! The message is truly there for anybody sincerly seeking the ultimate feeling of peace and contentment. Harry

Interesting concept, but that is all. The powers of the ultimate teacher can never be doubted. Things happen which is destiny and the seeker can do nothing about it ie; do not try forcing issue as it will manifest without gaining knowledge. The self has an empty carrot shaped emptiness dangled in front of its knows and will chase after it until the physical-psychological organism dies of exhaustion. This thing has to be approached from an entirely different angle. One that side-slips the conventional-horizontal-self-referential thought stream. toombaru

It's easier to " figure out " such an angle with the computer off, so the thought stream isn't coming so hard and fast ;-).
