Self and other are the same

" Self " and " other " are identical twins.

Nobody cares about anybody else, because there is nobody else -- for anybody.

To care about someone else, is to care about oneself.

To seek love from somebody else, is to seek to love somebody else.

" Self " and " other " are the exact same momentum.

And in their absence -- there is nobody.

There is no Ramana, no Ramakrishna, no Nis., and they are not the Self.

Look to what is perceiving or sensing or thinking about these, here and now...

that is the Self, there is no other.

What is taken to be Marc, isn't Marc. What is taken to be Tim, isn't Tim. What

is taken to be a description of the sky, isn't the sky.

Not only is he imaginary, but he's imaginarily taking himself as 'enlightened'

as well ;-).

" Enlightenment " , if there can be said to be such a thing, is not to " take

oneself " at all.

" As long as you believe only the particular to be real, conscious and happy and

yes, there are as many realities as there are people

a super ego is fighting/concerned always with/about many of other realities and

people

....

for one very good reason

3 possibilities:

1) one fight and is doing the same as others do

2) one fight such attitudes of appearent non-sense

3) one just go away...leave the battlefield

only the one leaving the battlefield could discover " something else "

....

some never have left any battlefield

some sometimes left or fighted some appearent non-sense in fights

some forever have left the battlefield

maybe we have a mixture of it here....

I say there are no verbal realities at all, and so there are as many falsehoods

as there are people. Although all these falsehoods are based on the same

" self/other " mechanism, which is in turn based on taking memory and projection

as truth.

Verbal nonduality *is* nonsense. But it is nonsense that can 'point' to

no-nonsense, and in that regard it can be useful.
