Don't throw temper tantrums and stop playing the offended boy, Tim.

Better read this:

You are consciousness. This statement tries to tell that consciousness is

totally subjective. Each object projected on your retina gets associated and

intepreted by your past, by your memory.

It does not get associated with my meomory, with my past.

When you look at a house then you are not that house. The house just gets

intepreted by you subjective past.

When you look at a tree then you are not that tree.

When you look at a car you are not that car.

And when you look at a person you are also not that person.

The person just gets interpreted by your past, gets coloured and painted by your

past.

You are neither the house nor are you the tree and you also are not that person

you look at.

You simply don't exist. Consciousness (or the I am) is all there is.

Werner

So, Werner, when you look at Tim....

Is Tim interpreted by your past, gets coloured and painted by your past?

Was/is it " Tim " " who " think/thought once that he is this tree or that person he

is looking at....or is/was it once Werner?....

.....

would say.... " whoever " see some insanity in whoever....

and

" whoever " see some world to be saved....

....is seeing him/herself (by his/her memory)

....

isn't it the case for you too, Werner?...

....

Marc

Ps: you Are your consciousness

it's of non-sense to declare that such consciousness simply don't exist

All is well here, Werner... really. " What's here " is grounded in reality, which

is why it is so solid, so certain, so unaffected by words.

Werner, otoh, is " grounded " in unreality, which is why it all seems so flimsy,

and why there's talk of mental hospitals, constant hostility, constant worry,

etc.

It's really quite simple. I can't help you, and you can't help yourself.

What's there is going to have to fall apart, and it won't be pretty.

Peace...

No problem with that, Marc.

I several times affirmed Tim the he is right that we only can see in another

what our own past material allows to see.

But that was not my point.

My point was that our brain greatly is capable to differ between ourselves and

the other who got intepreted by our past material.

If you see a car, are you that car ?

If you see another person, are you that person ?

even if one is most nondualist...like all are....and ever have been.....

still, it doesn't happen that one become a car, true!

;)

" the car " is just an appearent form of ourself...(of our formless being)....we

are trapped in for a while...for some reason of memory etc
