Hi Dan,

 

your thoughtful post deserves a thoughtful response but i just can't come up

with one. i'm not joking. let me try tomorrow since i should be at work now.

I think I can understand it. You seem to be a very busy man. If you have a job,

family or anyting else going on, moderating a volume poster can present a

serious challenge and a serious time-drain.

I would prefer a third alternative:

 

 

 

Ask Bob to self-moderate himself and to post a maximum of six (3 to 10 posts,

whatever number you feel comfortable with) in one day and if he exceeds that ban

him from posting for one month (or, one week, whatever you feel comfortable

with). I think this can keep him in check and list in balance and it might be

someting that you might be able to manage with relative ease.
