Occasionally i get complaints about him and sometimes change his status to moderated which creates more work for me. Since I'm undecided on this issue, I started a new poll about " what to do with Bob " which the members can vote to voice their opinons. This somehow reminds me of the movie " what about Bob. I think I can understand it. You seem to be a very busy man. If you have a job, family or anyting else going on, moderating a volume poster can present a serious challenge and a serious time-drain. > > > Since I'm undecided on this issue, I started a new poll about " what to do with Bob " which the members can vote to voice their opinons. I would prefer a third alternative: Ask Bob to self-moderate himself and to post a maximum of six (3 to 10 posts, whatever number you feel comfortable with) in one day and if he exceeds that ban him from posting for one month (or, one week, whatever you feel comfortable with). I think this can keep him in check and list in balance and it might be someting that you might be able to manage with relative ease. > > > This somehow reminds me of the movie " what about Bob.
