Guest guest
After much investigation I have decided Mooji aka Paul Moo is a clever Charlatan...Sadly he doesn't seem to understand Sadhana or rituals...He is eloquent and appeals to the instant gratification fast food type of teachings liked by many...There are some references to him and Marijuana on the net as well..true or not t...rue? My feeling are that he is really a Tamasic teacher masquerading as a guru...he may even believe that his feeling are Love but deep down the Tamas is shining through...even tinged with some ridicule and anger...I would say that his guru job is preventing a mental breakdown in him, giving his ego free rein--- a sort of occupational therapy....His devotees are the usual mindless well diggers trying to create a god to worship so they can also perhaps go out to the UK or Russia and also give satsangs or write books....Like Jimmy Swaggart he throws in the real teachings...to sound good...Nowhere near being a Mukta...He even has a video which he has entitled 'The lazy way to enlightenment, where he ridicules sadhanas and pujas.....He is essentially a narcissistic spiritual fraud with some very strong Tamasic and paranoid tendencies.....not a happy person...just a happy projection. Followed essentially by the same type of fools..........

Guest Guest
Anyone who believes that there is somewhere to go will not like someone who knows there is no-one to go. Anyone who would judge on the merit of one video, bringing bias with them... Well, I shan't judge them : )
Guest Anon
Meh. So tedious. These ‘guruey faux spiritual’ people are all the same. They feed the mindless who are looking for a shepherd to follow and on the way they are fleeced. But like a person in an abusive relationship they go back for more and more. These ‘guru’s’ and their ilk have nothing to tell you but empty words that fill a void; like fast food - you feel full (of crap) and are then soon hungry again so you go for another 'meal'. Sitting on an elevated throne surrounded by pictures of past 'masters' who they ascribe 'taught them all they know’ they wear the 'robes of office' and with a practiced far-away-other-worldly-gaze and benign smile look over their assembled and eager flock like a hunter surveys its prey. Out of their mouth comes a regurgitated mass of 'spirit-o-babble' of meaningless words spun into a thread of 'deep' bunkum that is woven into the cloth of the emperor’s new clothes. Gasps of wonder come from the crowd at the fine cloth, so lovely the design, oh my, oh my, oh my. None dissent for fear of not being ‘enlightened’ or branded ‘not spiritual’ and incur the steely less-than-benign stare of a charlatan about to be discovered. If you want to find peace of mind don’t look for it in someone else’s. It is within you. Think it out for yourself. Never let anyone do your thinking for you. Find out for yourself. Then tell others who enquire of you ‘why are you so at peace’ where you found it that they may go and find it for themselves.
Guest Anon 2
Did the previous anon even bother to watch any of Mooji's videos? His entire point is that peace is not even "in" oneself; one is peace itself. He constantly and consistently pushes this point on anyone who comes to him, and is not satisfied until it has been seen. How can people that are supposedly on a spiritual path be so quick to judge?
Guest Elias Hentz
Hi there, I live in portugal and I really wanted too meet a guru personally because I prefer to talk to people over learning from people over the web, the whole experience is just way more intense and when you have strong emotions towards something you learn better, way better…isn't It my friends? So I kind of searched and found him, and he is not at "home" and he hasn't been…I went through the same thoughts a while ago but didn't really think about it too much... But today I kind of felt like meeting him cos i saw someone who looked like him and went to see his website and we charges 157 euros for a retreat, and the retreat is organized by zmar which is a sort of modern camping site with swimming pools and stuff, obviously this confused me very much because I didn't expect a guru too charge you any money at all, unless you are willing to give it…so I wrote him this mail: Not impressed with your retreat but still accepting such: Hi there, I understand that youve figured out that there is a lot of learning to be made from the rastas, and that the guru thatyou've met showed you how to feel as free/careless without the herbs which both of us loved so dearly, and that all you need to do is to live just as if you just smoked tons of herbs, but doing such without smoking them and simply meditating and perhaps doing some sort of exercise which puts you at peace with it all.Yet you confuse me because your retreat costs 157 euros and you decided to make it with zmar, which is not the most peaceful place that I've seen…If we are all simply one, why can't you make your retreat free or at least ask only those who have too much for the amount of money that they are willing to give? And why aren't you at home? If we are all just one, why won't you give the gift that you have too as many people as possible, shouldn't one who is "enlightened" give as much "light" as one can give to others? and why have you chosen days on which students like me go to classes, don't we have the right to learn from your teachings? Im starting to wonder if It is me whom you confuse or if it is you who is confused, but don't fell bad because mistakes happen and they are a process of learning, after all we are just spiritual beings on a human journey. But do please rethink a bit, because also you deserve to to be at peace and you surely can't be in such a beautiful place if you do things that are morally incorrect.note:please make sure that he reads this. thank you Regards
