LOVE OF MOTHER SHIRDI SAI

Win the love of Mother

Sai to win the love of God

SAI AS KRISHNA part 3—by saibanisa

Now

coming back to Bhagavatham, Brahma as Srustikartha, sought help from Lord Sri

Maha Vishnu in removing his inner ego in the position of being the creator. He

was not asking for any material wealth or benefits. Thus Brahma continued his

job of creation, after Sri Maha Vishnu blessed him with the state of freedom from

ego.

A

similar situation we find in Sai Satcharita also. In the third chapter, when

Anna saheb Dhabolkar ventured upon to write Sai Satcharita

Baba

asked Shyama to advice Anna saheb that he should shed his ego, and place at his

feet, so that Baba could enter into Anna saheb and write HIS own Life story and

His leelas.

Let

us now come back to Bhagavatham.Druva was appreciated for his bravery in

fighting with yakshas by king Kubera. He blessed Druva with the words that the

Harinama smarana which help in removal of ignorance should permanently be with

him.

Whether

any such advice was given in Satcahrita? Yes, we do come across in the 27th

chapter.Shyama was advised by Baba to read Vishnu sahasranama.Baba said that He

himself experienced it. While going through difficulties, HE embraced the book

of Vishnu Sahsranama, as it helped him a lot after keeping it close to the

chest. Thus Baba has underlined the importance of reading Vishnu Sahasranama to

Shyama and the benefit it would deliver to the person reading it.

The

strong message conveyed to me is that whenever your life boat is in troubled

waters; take recourse to Vishnu Sahsranama, you are sure to overcome the

difficulties. “I cannot forget this peace of timely advice by Baba to meâ€.

Many

people think that Druva in the childhood itself, with the blessings of Lord

Vishnu became a ‘Druvatara’. But if you study carefully, Druva ruled his

kingdom for 26,000 years. Later He handed over the Kingdom to his eldest son.

He then left to forests and engaged in doing tapasya in the forests of

Bhadraka. Messengers from Vishnu then arrived and took him to Vishnuloka. Will

ever such thing happen to us? I feel messengers from Yama Dharmaraj would be

waiting readily to welcome us. But there are examples to show that with the

blessings of Sainath, it is possible to reach Vishnuloka.

In

50th chapter Kakasaheb Dikshit and Mahelsapathi are standing examples and I

will deal on that aspect. Kaka was an ardent devotee of Baba and Baba assured

him that towards the end he would take him in a Vimaan. Hemadripanth said that

Baba kept up his words. On 5th July, 1926 both friends Kaka saheb Dikshit and

Anna Saheb Dhabolkar were travelling in a local train from Vileparle to Bandra,

Kakasaheb was narrating the greatness of Baba to Annasaheb Dhabolkar when

Kakasaheb suddenly passed away without any pain. Baba thus took him to

Vishnuloka.

Baba

bestowed the same to Mahelsapathi on 11th Sept 1922. During auspicious Ekadasi

hours, after performing his father’s annual death ceremony; Mahelsapathi was

planning to go for Baba’s darshan. He then complained of chest pain and passed

away with ease.

These

two are the standing examples to show that Baba leads his devotees to

Vishnuloka which is considered as a point of no return or the need to go

through the chain of life cycles anymore.

The day of Ekadasi is considered to be most auspicious when the gates of

heaven are left open according to Hindu mythology and belief.

Bhagavatham says that all the princes who

observe strictures, engage in serving

the saints, and chanting Harinama pleases the Lord most. King Prathyakesa was appreciated for the

adherence to dharma, even while observing gruhasthasrama. Lord Vishnu

appreciated and told that he is very much pleased and shall reside in the hearts

of his loyal devotees.

Same

words were repeated by Sainath in the 15th chapter to Cholkar.

Baba

said, “I am bound by devotion and shall always stay nearer to my devotees and

my place is in the hearts of those who have faith in me and worship meâ€.
