I'm new to the List and all I found here was personalities clashing. I thought I was in a therapy group instead of a group on Nisargadatta until I found the quote you posted. I also liked Bill's post on " nothing " . Wondering why that post caused such a fire storm of verbal abuse from others. What is up with this List? What does " drinking Bob's urine " and all the other stuff (vulgar, insulting and otherwise) have to do with Nisargadatta? Lots of wind blowing through this List and it doesn't seem to allow the space for the teachings. Is the List always people fighting each other... the sparing of one mind content with someone else's mind content. Is there a moderater here? Guest guest
Hi Cathy, welcome to the group. I am the " moderator " here but this list is about as unmoderated as they come. This list was started for the love of Maharaj but it *also* evolved into an experiment where it cures people from being seekers. If you're not disappointed and give up soon, then it means Bob is not doing his job. Guest guest
Hi Cathy, Glad to be of service re: posting stuff from Nisargadatta. I know, it gets horrible around here re: all the clashing. Not that unusual for an " open list " though, as far as groups go. They seem to attract flamers. The list is unmoderated, which is why. Peace, Tim Nisargadatta , " Cathy " <SnowyHome wrote: > > Tim posted: > It all boils down to the mental or psychological link between the spirit and matter. We may call the link psyche (antahkarana). Guest guest
Hi Cathy, It depends. Really. On a good day, I go with the flow and consider the *source*... On a bad day, I think, " why can't everyone be like me " . lol. It's all good if you can take it into consideration the personality doesn't change with *enlightenment*; however, with a little deepening of one's experience, our viewpoint does. It's all about love. And which wolf we feed. ~Anna Nisargadatta , " Tim G.
