Obeisance to him - who is Brahman in the form of ego, the elder, the

best, fierce, death/time, who gives the 6 varieties of Kalas (rays),who

gives strength, who is strength, who is the Lord who gives strength to

the Ganas, who slays Bhutas,who develops mental faculties of the

devotees.

 

 

Aum Aghorebhyo Thaghorebhyo Ghora Ghora Tarebhyo

Sarvebhyo Sarva Sarvebhyo Namaste Astu Rudra Rupebhya

 

The most fierce of the fierce are all forms derived from your Rudra Rupa

(form).

So I pray to you the fierce form who is the primordial cause

 

Aum Tat Purushaaya Vidmahe Mahadevaaya Dhimahi

Tanno Rudrah Prachodayat.

 

May we realize that TatPurusha, the transcendental person. May we

meditate

on that Mahadeva, the greatest God and may Rudra illumine us.

 

Aum Ishaanah Sarvavidhyaanaam Ishvarah Sarva Bhutaa Naam Brahmaa

Dhipatir Brahmano dhipatir Brahma Shivome Astu Sadaashivom

 

You are the Lord of all knowledge and the God of all living things

You are the Lord of Gods, like Brahma and worshiped by them as the

Supreme Being. O Sada Siva Let there be welfare to me !
