Guest guest
Dear Chief Moderator Dennis-ji and Owner Moderator Sri Ramji and all the distinguished members of this holy Satsangha ! The time has come for me to say 'Goodbye ' and 'Good luck. My daughter just called me and asked me to be by her side - she lives an hour away from where i live ....She is now experiencing the onset of Labor pains and needs me by her side ... Fellow Advaitins - it has been such an Honor being a member of this great group. i want to thank all the members here for giving me an opportunity to express my thoughts on a variety of subjects from vedanta to non- vedanta and everything in between. It has been a great learning experience. I loved interacting with each and everyone of you . It has been a journey of some sorts - although the destination is still not in sight - my fellow travellers have really been a source of great help in teaching the finer nuances of Advaita. My special thanks to Ananda-ji, a noble disciple of Sri Atmanandaji ... They say you know a Guru through a sisya and ATMANANDAJI is really fortunate to have such a great disciple. One of my favorite quotes of Sri ATMANANDAJI is " Language is the language of duality alone. Non-duality has no language of its own. " Something to think about, eh? Well, Subbuji was an asset to this group - He was really well versed in all the shankara bhasyas , Brahma sutras and all the scriptures - i hope he will return to the group to pick up the thread from where he left off. Subbuji , the group is not the same without you! There are so many members i love here but Professorji has always been a great favorite of mine with his great sense of dedication and commitment - he knows how to serve - Karma yogi par excellance! Well , too many members to thank but my big 'thank you ' to each and every one of you - we may all be a small drop in a mighty ocean but remember it is the little drops that make a mighty ocean! Dennis-ji , thank you once again for your hospitality and generosity - i never felt like an 'intruder' - you always made me feel special and important! It is said 'Kindness itself is a religion' Good luck with your book sales - may your efforts be rewarded. Many members here come to this group to share their wisdom with us all.Guess what ! I took a lot of that wisdom but more than all of that wisdom i DIscovered something more than wisdom and knowledge .... and that is something i will always treasure - Kindred Spirits ! Thanks for the memories .... love and blessings
Guest guest
Best wishes Sri Dhyanasaraswati! Thank you for your energy and joy. This list is a collection of brilliant and wonderful people. Certainly, I have not run into such knowledgeable and wise people anywhere else. Many good people have left and other good people have come and sometimes those who leave come back and that is how life is. The comings and goings. Heraclitus said that one never enters the same river twice (as the current is always moving). We take comfort in the fact that even when wise and good people leave, they leave behind the aroma of their thoughts and feeling as a blessing and an imprint on our hearts. If we have the chance to serve such people, we are fortunate indeed. Thank you, Namaste and love to all Harsha dhyanasaraswati wrote: > Dear Chief Moderator Dennis-ji and Owner Moderator Sri Ramji and all > the distinguished members of this holy Satsangha ! > > The time has come for me to say 'Goodbye ' and 'Good luck. > > My daughter just called me and asked me to be by her side - she > lives an hour away from where i live ....She is now experiencing > the onset of Labor pains and needs me by her side ... > > > >
