An email is considered copyrighted by the person who sent it, once

sent. Forwarding or publishing it without the consent of the person

who wrote it is a violation of his copyright. These are unwritten

laws and the authors of the emails do get legal protection.

Kindly pardon me for not knowing this rule...After reading the above, I

think, I have violated this rule....Without taking the consent of Sri Rama

prabhuji I've forwarded his paper to two of my friends who are not members

of this list but interested in vEdAnta. I onceagain apologise for this

rules violation...

Dear Moderators,

I have forwarded few posts of knowledgeable members of this forum

like Prof. V.K., Sundar-ji and Ramchandran-ji etc., to some

communities in the orkut. I apologize of the same. I have done this

with due credit to the respective members and quite often to the

advaitin list too and I was not aware of this rule also. I am very

happy to say that some of the posts were appreciated very much by the

youngsters who are eager to know about the Advaita Vedanta.

Next time before I do, I shall definitely take the permission of the

respective members. I do agree plagiarism is the worst kind of

practice which is done quite frequently in the internet.

Yours in Sri Ramakrishna,

Br. Vinayaka

I owe an apology to Prof VK and Sri Sadananda because I have been

forwarding their messages to another list ()

and a friend. Ofcourse, I did not claim authorship but I forwarded

without their consent.

I do not see any problem in forwarding my posts to

other list, if that is helpful. Please go ahead at

least from my point. Only problem I can envision is

any comments that require my response. If you can

forward any specific comments that require my

response, then there should not be any problem.
