Cyber-ethics on Forwarding Advaitin List Email Messages - Clarification

Namaste:

 

Since the goal of this list is to promote and educate the universal

community about Sankara's Advaita Philosophy, members can forward the

postings by the moderators of this list to their friends and to other

mailing lists. The Cyberethics requires any such forwarding should

acknowledge the complete source of those emails. We have noticed some

members who maintain their mailing list post messages from this list

without providing complete details such as author name, the origin

of the email - advaitin list, etc. Those members are only reminded

that they are violating the CyberDharma knowingly or unknowingly.

They should be aware that what they are doing is not only adharma

(unethical) but also illegal.

 

Members should be also aware all members who post a message to this

list may not like their emails forwarded to others without their

permission. If they want to protect themselves legally, they should

take prior permission before forwarding. Most of them may not object,

but there is no for us to who objects and who doesn't object.
