Cooking breakfast... " Who cooks? " . " I do " ...In what sense do " I " cook?

What proccesses are occuring now in this " cooking " ? There is fire. What

do I have to do with the fire? The eggs are in the pan. Did I create

the eggs or the pan? where do they come from? " Someone " other than " me "

is responsible for the eggs and pan, to some extent. This kitchen

where " I'M " cooking...who's responsible for the materials? Where do

they come from...wood, plaster, paint etc. How did " I " come to be in

order that " I " " now " " cook " ? All of these other things must exist,

phenomenally, illusorily, in order for " me " to say " I'm cooking " . I

haven't even reached the point yet of seeing the causes of " me " . Is the

thought " I'm cooking " apart from the total number of causes/effects

i.e, pan, fire, stove, eggs, kitchen, house, street, city of San

Antonio, Texas, U.S., North America, planet, solar system, galaxy...ha!

I'm not sure who or what's cooking but there's certainly a lot more

involved than little " me " with this huge arragance who thinks " I'm

cooking! " ....best wishes, y'all! Always looking for the joke and the

best jokes are on " ME " ...

Hey Steve :

Here is some Mulla Nasuruddin for this beautiful Friday ! Enjoy the

weekend ! i am going to my two wonderful grandsons are visiting me

from Florida !

Nasurudin went to a shop of a man

who stocked all kinds of bits and

pieces. " Have you got nails? " He

asked. " Yes. " " And leather? " " Yes. "

" And twine? " " Yes. " " And dye? "

" Yes. " " Then why, for heaven's

sake don't you make a pair of boots?

Yes ! why can't we all lean to be a shoemaker or a candlemaker or a

baker ? why ? we live in a world of interdepedence -

enjoy the humor !
