All yogis and Swamis seem to have the same names ! Please do not

be 'royally' confused.

Sri Atmananda's Guru Yogananda is *NOT* the well known guru

Paramahamsa Yogananda of SRF ! ( The Author of Autobiography of a

yogi.

As our beloved moderator Sri Anandaji pointed out Sri Atmananda was

not your typical guru who was a Renunciate and an ascetic ; rather

he was very much a householder. But Sri Atmananda only insisted that

one should renounce the 'ego' which was possible only through the

Light of Knowledge .

This is my favorite quote from Shri Atmananda :

" Teacher shows the disciple that he too is perfect, and there the

teaching ends. "

GUYS! i love playing chess - in fact , in this game you can really

learn the essence of Spirituality . My favorite sufi poet loved to

play chess ! As Rumi says " if you've lost a hundred times

the chess game of this life be prepared to lose one more " Yes! Sri

Atmanadana also taught his disciples through the game of Chess!

There is no winning and losing in Spirituality ; you are always a

Winner .

LOVE AND REGARDS

In advaitin , " dhyanasaraswati "
