Guest guest
As one without a teacher at this time, I'd be interested to know of your practices/meditations. I have no one to talk to " in person " at this time. I " inquire " " Who am I? " , " Who gets these thoughts? " throughout the day with many, many gaps in the questioning, but I am noticing that there are " shifts " in consciousness sometimes, deep peace and stillness, unconcern in the midst of activity and I've been doing this for sometime now. So I'll continue with it. Still, information from others, their experiences, might be helpful. Clearly, sometimes, I know that that which witnesses concepts, changing thoughts, feelings, " the world " , is just that, the witness, and not that which is witnessed. Doesn't last long, though. It seems so simple. " I " am always the Self but I'm not at the point of accepting that, apparently. So?? What can I do except keep inquiring? Seems that it would be best to just be, let it go, give up practices-- but I'm not there yet...best wishes, Steve.
