Dear Sri Ramachandran-ji :

This is Wonderful news! On august 31st, 2007, this List will be

celebrating its 9th birth anniversary ! We , all members. owe a Big

THANKS to you for starting this cyber satsangha and also for

gathering around you the collective wisdom of so many learned

members like Sadaji , Professorji, Shastriji , Bhaskar Prabhuji,

Harshaji , Dennisji, my own beloved Anandaji , Sunderji ,Nairji and

so many others ( too numerous to mention and too important to ignore

also) ! This list is what it is today only because of the

contributions of all the wonderful members here ! It is one of the

best groups on and the most vibrant and with the best

dynamics! All the credit goes to owner moderator and the nine gems

of the MODERATORS THIS LIST HAS!

i am looking forward to learning about the Srimd Bhagvad gita from

you and others - it is always inspring - never boring ! The SRIMAD

BHAGVAD GITA IS LIKE A YOUNG BRIDE - ALWAYS FRESH AND EVER ALLURING !

GANDHIJI , MY ROLE MODEL , HAD THIS SAY TO ABOUT THE SRIMAD BHAGVAD

GITA - " " When doubts haunt me, when disappointments stare me in the

face, and I see not one ray of hope on the horizon, I turn to

Bhagavad-Gita and find a verse to comfort me; and I immediately

begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming sorrow. Those who

meditate on the Gita will derive fresh joy and new meanings from it

every day. "

ATHATO ......

HARIHI AUM

Best Wishes

Dear Advaitins,

Let me take this occassion to point out to this

bg_sans.html) location where you can listen to Bhagavad Gita online. The audio

rendition

is done by " Shri Raghav Das " .

You can also buy the mp3 CD for $10 from this (http://www.thekrishnastore.com/

Detail.bok?no=2818 & bar=_shp_audio) site. Be sure to select the Sanskrit

rendition, rather

than ones done in English/Other-languages. As the learned members know, they are

but

translations.

[i am no way related to ISKON. I personally think that this audio rendition is

very beautiful

and Sattvic in nature.]

respects,

Ramakrishna
