Guest guest
Why didn't Duryodhana see? Obviously, because he was filled with ignorance and egotism, whereas his blind father, who had reflected on the Truth through his days of darkness, could see the light! praNAms Hare Krishna After reading above para, a curious (you may label it as mischievous) question raises its hood in my mind...Yes, duryOdhana could not see vishwarUpa due to overdose of ajnAna & ahaMkAra...But fortunately, notorious criminals of that dvApara era, like duryOdhana, dushyAsana, pUtani, kaMsa, narakAsura, shishupAla, daMtavakra, shakuni etc. etc. could easily had the normal darshan of our Lord Krishna (without any size variations :-)) without any effort!! How come this was possible for them?? they were not bhakta-s, they were not doing any japa, dhyAna, upasana to have the darshan of lord!! but, krishna was easily accessible to all of them all through the day & night at dvArakA !! But a great devotee dhruva had to struggle hard to get darshana of nArAyaNa, meera, tulasi das, puraNdara, tyAgaraja, kanakadAsa etc. etc. all were struggled a lot to prophitiate this Krishna, who once upon a time, in the age of dvApara was easily available for all irrespective of bhakta, jnAni, ajnAni, ahaMkAri, dushta etc..!! Now, take our case (or my case) Are (am) we (I) mentally more malicious than those characters?? I dare to say, I dont think so :-)) but why we are not getting the darshana of his neela mEgha shyamala varna parama pavitra dEha?? why we are not able to listen maNjuLa nAda of his muraLi?? why he is not accessible (atleast few seconds) to us despite somewhat sincere effort amidst our other responsibilites ?? :-)) If lord is thinking, this fellow may get heart attack after seeing my age old rUpa, Okay, I am ready to get heart attck due to fright & ready to die after seeing his rUpa...but let him give his darshana first, as described in bhAtavataM :-)) am I asking something extra-ordinary?? again I dont think so, because, *the form* of Krishna, which I am demanding to see, was quite ordinary & easily visible for all in just passed dvApara age..is it not?? Kindly pardon me, if I've diluted the seriousness of this discussion with my silly thoughts & lose remarks, (anyway, I changed the subject)....but, kindly note, I am, somewhere in the middle of my above silly questions, very serious !!! For the kind information of prabhuji-s, I already have handful of answers like prarabhda karma, puNya phala, bhagavat leela, you have to ask these questions to lord krishna to get answers no mortal can answer you question ....etc. etc.. Hari Hari Hari Bol!!! bhaskar
