Krishna as a transformational leader

Dear Harsha

thank you for your postings on the " blog " .

Excuse me being " indiscrete " , but do you " think " that by management training

real change can happen?

Trying to live according to my inner Self i have to admit that in my life

experience and seeing what is going on especially now in this dark chapter

of the dark age there is no chance - but only to change ourselves.

Please reply because your point of view is of help for many - surely

all the best

in Ramana

Dear Michael,

We all do what is natural for us. Sri Krishna says to Arjuna that people

should follow their dharma and make the effort to do the right thing but

not be attached to the fruits of action. My dharma is to share

knowledge, create community, create friendships, bring comfort to the

extent possible. Beyond that, I don't know.

Since I am a professor, intellectual pursuits and inquiry are a part of

my everyday work. Sri Ramana used to say that whatever works destiny

has allocated for us, big or small, will get done. Bhagavan said that

whatever experiences (pain, pleasure) the body has come in this world

to experience will be experienced.

As a devotee of Bhagavan, I am not much into analysis. I do analyze and

use logic when needed and required. But beyond a certain point, I don't

see the point. My natural attraction is to simple being.

Namaste and love to all

Harsha
