Guest guest
Namaste Hupa-ji. dhAraNa, as I understand it, is a step, a practice, that helps one to hold on to or concentrate on something. It is a sort of disciplining with which the mind gets fitter to explore further. In meditation, we observe the mind only to establish in ourselves by recognizing the fact that we are not the mind, as falsely understood, since we are able to observe it. " I AM - despite the thoughts " is the message. PraNAms.
