PraNams Advaitins,

I have been reading Shri Ranade's " Dhyana Gita " , a collection of

verses from Gita. The inter-chapter collection of individual verses

under various identical categories makes great reading and gives

material for Dhyana, as Shri Ranade wanted it to be used.

The webpage (http://www.exoticindiaart.com/book/details/IDE780/)

refers to another book, " The Bhagavad-Gita as a Philosophy of

God-Realisation " by Shri Ranade.

Being the philosopher he is, I started searching for the book,

in vain. Can the members throw more information on the

book? Where it is available, etc? I am in particular referring to

Sunderji and others, who referred to the book earlier in this list.

Namaste,

This book is published by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (3rd

ed. 1982). It should be available through any of its branches.

The 'ashram' (Retreat Center) established by him is in Nimbal,

Maharashtra, (near Solapur).

[some extracts from this book, on antinomies, were posted in

the Gita Satsang in 2000-2001, and are in the archives.]

Regards,

Sunder
