Guest guest
Here is a short story with a beautiful message... Little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, " Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river. " The little girl said, " No, Dad. You hold my hand. " " What's the difference? " Asked the puzzled father. " There's a big difference, " replied the little girl. " If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go. " In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person who loves you rather than expecting them to hold yours... This message is too short......but carries a lot of Feelings. This message probably and you receive few times, but I add my first feeling and share with you one more. Please God hold us in each our action, so thah is only bridge between You and us.

Here the little girl realizes her own weakness and makes uses that knowledge to arrive at her decision to entrust her father. Similar thoughts appear though our vedic literature. na mR^iShaa shraataM yadavanti devaaH || R^igveda 1.179.3 || naR^ite shraantasya sakhyaaya devaa || R^igveda 4.33.11 || na anaashratntaaya shriiH asti | indra iat carataH sakhaa || aitareya brahmaNa 7.15 || Overall meaning of above statements meanings that Gods only help those who make efforts with full knowledge and not just for the sake of doing. Can you please please provide the source for the above story? Regards, Dr. Yadu
Guest guest
Namaste: Thanks for the insightful story. Mother nature provides vivid examples to this story: The mother cat catches the kitten with the mouth and carries it wherever it goes. The baby monkey uses both its hands to stick to mother's body and follow her. The baby fish begins its life by swimming and looking for food to swallow without depending on its mother. There also schools of thought associated with cat, monkey and fish. Under the cat-doctrine, the takes full responsibility for the student and under the monkey-doctrine, the student takes the responsibility. The fish-doctrine associates with self learning without dependence on the teacher. In Vaishnavam, the cat-doctrine of surrender implies that the disciple totally dependence on Narayana; under the monkey-doctrine of surrender, the disciple though surrenders to Narayan has take some responsibility. Last three years I receive this story few times, and each time when read and thinking about - this is very inspiration story for me. I only want share few intuitional moments with friends which find time for careful read. All is perfect, and soul must first receive and each thought, before have this idea, all depend only of soul interest and heartily waiting. Many times I say my friends: Five Saints always protect each soul through lower hierarchy, and They always wont help soul to find best way for God. Off course two souls can have or not same five Saints. I add and one my short writings: Real Friendship Friendship is like open heart (consciousness). Friendship is like pure smile. Friendship is like best teaching for social life. Friendship is good goal for change character on the better. Friendship is part teaching of love. Friendship is last relation with all, without realization this nobody can't go deeper in Our Source. Friendship is truly or real only when soul involved heart (consciousness) in relationship or heartily thinking. Much better, deeper, truthfully and powerful is thinking without thoughts! Friendship must be before many thoughts! Friendship is always real when truth is greater (then friendship) and when is goal friendship. Thinks one more dear spiritual friend! I add one my short writings: O God Bless soul with all love. O God what is purest soul feeling with purest outside actions? O God what is purest soul willing with purest outside tendency? O God what is purest soul cognition with purest outside knowledge? This is only sign your Love which live inside soul and became soul source. Thanks is and God's word, only when thanks have real meaning. Thanks is much greater if permanent live like inner sound " thanks " , and when usually follow each outside and inside situation. Thanks is much greater when soul can't say and think about this on any way, or when permanent usually present in each soul action. And greatest thanks is " Thanks God for all " . O God Bless Soul With This State. Only then Soul can always real thanks You for each soul's moment and for all. Then each (soul's) Namaskar You and each soul became greatest. Then each Your next darshan became greater. Then open all, and then Your permanent darshan became soul life. Thanks God for all!
