Even avatAras are also adhyaasa only. Iswara and his avatAras exist only at vyAvahArika level where jiiva considers himself to be finite and world is separate from him and there is a creator who takes the avatAras to protect the good and to punish the bad and to establish dharma. All part of vyavahaara - jiiva, jagat and Iswara. They are adhyaasa only - the substantive of all is Brahman, one without a second. Hari Om!
