Of course keep in mind, that reincarnation is a BELIEF, not knowledge. Self knowledge otoh is direct and immediate knowledge, self-inquiry *IS* Ramana's teaching. However for the Ajnani - reincarnation seems an integral part of the teaching. Did not Ramana reply, when asked, how it was that he 'awakened' so early, without sadhana or a Guru? He replied-it must have been a previous life.
