Guest guest
Hello all, I've recently become captivated by some clips on YouTube of Swami Dayananda Saraswati, who presents what seems to me to be an extraordinarily pure and traditional version of Advaita Vedanta, in a form that's extremely accessible to my Western culturally trained mind. Are there any teachers in the UK who are eminent students of his, or anybody who is on a comparable level? TIA P. George Stewart

Guest guest
Thank you Simon! I have been lamenting for a long time that I was unable to give firm recommendations to people asking me through the website for places to go for traditional teaching in the UK. Now I can give them something. Of course, I have now added a link also (well, two actually!). If you have any more specific information that might be useful to pass on to future enquirers, Please contact me off-list. Best wishes, Dennis advaitin [advaitin ] On Behalf Of andrewcrosby286 Monday, August 11, 2008 7:45 AM advaitin Re: Trad. Advaita Vedanta in the UK? Guest guest
Dear George, Your best source of Advaita is this list. Please forgive me in case this sounds like soliciting. I live in London, UK. If you have SKY TV then you can watch me talk on Traditional Advaita model every Saturday on Channel 812 from 10:30 to 11AM. The talks are in Telugu language but the last 10 minutes of the program is entirely in English (10:50 to 11am). I answer questions on Advaita vedanta that I receive from viewers. By the Lord's grace the response to the TV talks are very much positive. If at all you have any questions about Advaita and you want to contact please do let me know if I will be of any assistance. I wish you the best in your quest. Love & Light, Madhava
