Guest guest
HARI AUM Swami Chinmayanandaji beautifully explains this 'jnana' in his discourses using the example of the well lit city streets at night. The sight is a wondrous one for an illiterate villager who is seeing it for the first time . The same when seen by an engineer will ask whether it is AC or DC, its voltage and ohms ..etc. The same seen by an architect will have designing ideas. The same seen by a liberated soul will see 'his' power in play. These are all about experiencing the outside. Now coming to inside of the man none of the above 'jnana' related difference in thinking happen. It is an experience which one has to get. Villager, illiteracy, rich man, powerful man etc has nothing to do with. Comprehending these esoteric matters intellectually has little relevance. It also doesn't mean that one has to invariably got to Himalayan Masters. One can begin the journey by himself through meditation. The technique is again has to be developed by the individual himself except say some hints on how to sit, preferred place-crowded or solitary -etc are provided by others . The 47 verses of Ch 6 of 'Gita' has the complete roadmap for anyone who is a serious 'mumukshu'. Discovery is 'SELF' discovery and cannot be substituted by 'others' discovery.
