The above should read:

 

Sw. Chandrasekhara Bharati in his commentary on Vivekachudamani,

states

 

v. #16 - medhAvI " dhIrdhAraNAvatI medhA, buddhi which has the capacity

to properly retain the meaning of what has been heard is called medhA. "

 

v. #116 - " praj~nA traikAlikI matA - [NOT trikAlAtIta] praj~nA is

understood as referring to all the three periods of time. "
