Dear Richard,

Thanks for the beautiful photographs of Mysore, where I have never been. Now I feel I have a taste of the place. It looks most colourful and lively. I see there is a Harsha street. Fame at last!

All the best for the New Year to you both,

All love,

We just got back from a visit to Mysore, the palace city. The visitincluded the giant Nandi on Chamundi Hill and then the walk up 300steps to Chamundeswari Temple. Some of this is shown in the entry:http://richardaruna chala.wordpress. com/2008/ 12/28/mysore- visit/Enjoy,Om Arunachala,Richard

Dear Alan,

I thought that it would amuse this group that there is " Harsha Street "

in Mysore.

While we enjoy this touring of places in India, after a couple of days

anywhere else, we want to get back to Arunachala and Tiruvannamalai.

This is still a most special place.

Om Arunachala,

Richard

Namaste,

Richard...yes I remember doing the tour of the palace and the nandi

temple as well. You missed the ganja-dope sellers outside the main

gate hahahaha. There is a Ramana bookshop near there as well. I

remember doing parakshina inside the temple also....and paying the

pandit.Thank you and cheers....Tony.
