Guest guest
Pranaams Sri Ramakrishna Even as our stalwarts reply to your query w.r.t. the Verses cited by you specifically , I would like to bring your attention to Verses 29 to 31 of Chapter six of Srimas Bhagavad Gita. There is no denying Jivan Muktas .When a realized soul carries on with the BMI even after achieving realisation , he is ought to be taken as a Jivan Mukta . Entire Karma Theory as well as Dhyana Yog expounded in the Gita repetedly reaffirm this. Verse 29 of the same Chapter Talks of the yogi turning a Brahmabhootha and the same has been commented upon by the Acharya as Jivan Mukta. Just to bring the point home Verse 31 says (…. the Yogi dwells in me , whatever his mode of life..( Sarvatha Varthamanoapi sa Yogi mayi varthathe) The Acharya has commented that such a yogi ever dwells in me ,in the Parama Padha ; None can obstruct his moksha. He is the Jivan Mukta indeed Hari Om Krishnan advaitin , " Ramakrishna Upadrasta " <uramakrishna wrote: > > praNAms Shri Nair-ji and Bhaskar-ji, > > I am sure that current discussion will lead to another thread. > > I kindly request both of you to please explain your position on " Teaching --

My deduction is that the mind of the Jivanmukta is the Universal Sakti plus of course the karmas of actions. I think it is more an attitude a perception of the true reality other than anything else. This is no doubt why the Guru reflects the questions and minds of those present. There is obviously some form of natural reactive ego but only in its primary real state, and pretty general....Cheers Tony

Namaste, Muktika upanishad [#62] compares the jnani's mind to a 'roasted seed' - sambhRRiShTa-bIjavat | it cannot germinate. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa compared it to a burnt rope - it cannot bind, though to al purposes it looks like a rope! Regards, Sunder
