Hari OM and Pranams I don't have suggestions, but sharing few thoughts. We are taught to exercise moderation in every thing we do, " yukataahaara vihaarasya yuktacEshTasya karmasu " in Gita, particularly that of tongue which does both tasting and talking. Talking includes writing. Self-moderation seems is not an option for aspirants. When anxiety to present one's point of view increases so much, then the gain of making a point is overtaken by loss of balance. Increase in tone, on or off list, renders even louder expressions inaudible. Prayer ****** Lord, let me eat, not overeat! Lord, let me walk, not step on others' toes! Lord, let me talk, not drown others' voices! Lord, let me listen, not suppress inner voice! Lord, let me serve, not be served! Lord, let me love, not get attached! Lord, let me live, not exist! ============================= Hari OM! -Srinivas
