Dear Friends,

I wanted to bring to your attention an article which was posted today on

luthar.com on Sri Ramana Maharshi and his silent teaching. The author is

Gabriele Ebert, a Ramana devoteea and an author of several books on Sri Ramana

in German.

ramana-maharshi-the-master-of-silent-teaching

This article is a good introduction to Sri Ramana and can serve as a brief

biographical summary. Veteran devotees will also enjoy the old stories that they

are familiar with but still have the power to move us.

If there were any errors in editing, please bring these to my attention.

Namaste and love to all

Yours in Bhagavan

Harsha

Dear Harsha,

thank you for the work you did on edditing the long article.

I see no error, so far I can ;)

The article is also for new-comers.

Ramana's silence has an unique quality. It was someting which attracted me most

when I came across Ramana many years ago. At times the silence goes lost - when

life is strainful and turbulent and we struggle with it - or when the mind

starts to make too much philosophies - when we loose sadhana - then it is good

to remember.

I say this to myself.

Dear Gabriele,

It is good to hear from you! I have been quite busy and that is why it took

several months to complete the editing. I was doing it periodically as time

permitted.

I am so glad you are satisfied with the editing. I will keep looking at it for

any errors.

Thank you Gabriele for sharing the article with the devotees and like you said

many new comers will find the article quite excellent as an introduction. I

enjoyed working on it and reading it myself.

Working with the devotees on Sri Ramana articles or works is a labor of love for

me. I am grateful for the opportunity.

Namaste and love
