Guest guest
Hindu idea of the world, of nature and of existence is not physical but psychological and spiritual. A spiritual aspiration was the governing force of this ancient culture, its core of thought, its ruling passion. Not only did it make spirituality the highest aim of life, but it tried to turn the whole of life towards spirituality. The highly profound and subtle truths of vedantic teachings were lucidly brought by Adi Sankara in Niranjanastakam. In order to show how to distinguish the Self from the non-Self and how to attain the true nature of the Self, the Acharya discards all the false identifications with the non-Self one after another, in accordance with the Vedantic negation saying,'Neti Neti' - " The Self is not thus, not thus. " Once negation is achieved, the undeniable Self remains. I request you to listen to Niranjanastakam. http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=dr.anjaneyulu%20goli%20AND%20collection%\ 3Aopensource_audio%20AND%20collection%3Aopensource_audio
