List Moderators' Note: We Welcome Sri Rodrigo and Sri Gav to the advaitin list on behalf of the board and on behalf of all members. We look forward to your active participation with your thoughtful insights. It will be always nice hear from new members to send a brief introduction of themselves.

Hello Rodrigo, I too am a new member. I haven't gotten round to introducing myself yet!

I was interested that you teach introductory classes. I get alot from reading the works of people like Nisargadatta Maharaj. The importance of teacher is often seen as being very important to the progress of a student of Avaita Vedanta. Unforunately I live in a small country and as far as I know there are Advaitan teachers. For now I am a beginner, and I am reading devotedly and will continue to do so. I would be delighted to hear from you or anyone else whocould give guidance.

Peace,

Gav.
