Guest guest
Hari Om Good one to chant while ending a prayer with the Pushpanjali. I think we should not say -- Inside all beings which means that it can be reduced to an object which means it is limited. It is better to understand like this ..... that which enables all living being conscious and because of that the awareness sustains is Iswara. In His Seva Kalyan - sureshbalaraman advaitin Friday, May 29, 2009 12:38 PM mantra pushpam Anthascharathi bhootheshu Guhyam Viswa Murthishu That which is inside all beings secretly is that Universal God suresh

Guest guest
Dear sir, I don't understand under what context this thread has been started. Before pasting any vedic mantra, kindly confirm whether there are any typos are there or not. Simply *cut-copy-paste* is of no use. I am afraid, the word *guhyam* is not correct. It is *guhAyAm*. There is lot of difference between these two. Kindly refer the Sayana bhashya for this. with regards, sriram namo namah shrI gurupAdukAbhyAm...... advaitin , " sureshbalaraman " <sureshbalaraman wrote: > > dear kalyan ji : > > {I think we should not say -- Inside all beings which means that it can be > reduced to an object which means it is limited. Guest guest
Namaste. BTW, we end some of the pUjAs by offering mantrapuShpaM to the deity (mantrapuShpaM samarpayAmi) The other things offered are nIrAjanaM, dhUpaM, nivedyaM etc.. What does mantrapuShpaM here signify? Guest guest
Dear sir, Some of the wonderful stotras are given in the website *sanskritdocuments.org*. The mantra pushpam has been uploaded. However, the vedic mantras have to be learnt directly under the vedic scholar as it has the svaras or vedic intonations. And any wrong uttering of the svara, changes the meaning of entire mantra and thereby sin is incurred.. So, kindly, seek the guidance of a vedic scholar thereby your area, if you are going to learn that. But for academic interest like knowing the pratipadartha and tatparya, you may download. Nothing harm in it. regs, sriram --- On Thu, 4/6/09, bagawan_sastry <bagawan_sastry wrote: bagawan_sastry <bagawan_sastry Re: mantra pushpam advaitin Thursday, 4 June, 2009, 4:35 PM SIR, As i am intrested in Reciting Mantrapushpam Daily,I request you to Upload ManthraPushpam so that I can DownLoad it for my regular recitation Thank u very much Sd/bagawan_sastry Explore and discover exciting holidays and getaways with India Travel http://in.travel./
Guest guest
Hari Om, Shri Sastryji! I have been studying the mantra pushpam as we recite it at the end of weekly Rudrabishekam. To aid me in my efforts, I was able to locate a few Utube renditions, the links to which are below, some of which also have translations as well. (And then of course, I have our dear Panditji, who has been looking pointedly in my direction these last few weeks, as he watches now to make sure I do not stray too far :-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvPnaQWMMbA This last one is a bit slower than the others and I think has the value of breaking down the syllabic content for learning purposes. I do tend to listen to and chant along with the others more though, from an aesthetic standpoint.
