Hari OM!

That is hitting nail on its head. True, the primary means, not goal,

seems " chitta shudhi " . Wanted to ask " how to do " , but much info is

already out there about it. So what prevents us from doing what we

know we should be doing, seems pertinent.

I like, admire and aspire Ahimsa (non-injury). Like to read and even

write about it. But if some one even merely criticises my ideas, or

worse my understanding, I violently disagree! How dare they say that?!

I also like to perform pooja (worship) to Lord. Especially, when

doing bounded duty gets uncomfortable or little painful, doing

pooja brings good relief while postponing duty. After all, Arjuna

listened to Geetha postponing fight until 18 chapters were told. I am

not bigger than Arjuna, so duty can wait while pooja is performed!

Brahman is beyond thought - avaang maanasa gOcaraM. Thinking is hard,

and introspection not always pleasant. Mind seems to enjoy thinking

about transcending thoughts- and Brahman, instead of introspection!

I might have dramatized or exaggerated, but " chitta " does throw

such and tries self-sabotage is all I wanted to share.
