Guest guest
Dear members: Most of you are using ascii texts while sending your messages and the messages look clean and easily readable. But some of you continue to send 'formated texts' which appear in the messages very messy and sometimes non-comprehensible. The current set-up of the list is to accept text messages (ascii texts such as the texts creating using a Notepad). One of the best way to achieve this is develop the message in ascii text. The mailing system tries to convert the html format into texts but there are some glitches in their transformation. This is the reason for the scrambles that you see in the messages. We have provided copies of several scrampled messages that recently appeared in the list. Please make sure to read the messages that you post in the list and if you see them with unintended symbols, check and and correct your future postings. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding to keep the messages readable for all which will help us all to read and understand what has been written.
