Guest guest
Dear Friends: I have been experimenting with this particular drink for about a year now. I would like to now go public with it as it may have value for generally overall well being. It is based on the Indian recipe for Chai with some other ingredients added. It tastes like the nectar of gods. I find it really warms me up and makes my general movements more fluid for stretching and yoga and other exercises. This is particularly important as we get older. For the benefit of all, I give the general recipe on the link below. I will be posting more on the variety of benefits of the drink I call “Chaimacolate”. Please pass this link on or post it on your websites for the benefit of others. luthars-chaimacolate-the-natural-low-carb-super-energy-drink/ Namaste and love to all Harsha

Anyone with high blood pressure might consider using caution. Anyone with sleep disorder might not want to drink this too late in the day. Guest guest
Harsha Your beautifully described drink remind of something I drank in Ghana. It was chai on first taste, but then came the chocolate taste too, and the whole taste kept asking for itself to be analyzed more with savouring it.
